Santé visuelle : notre nouvelle action solidaire

Après une première en octobre, la Grande Mosquée de Paris organise deux nouvelles journées de dépistage visuel à son École nationale Ibn Badis, en partenariat avec la fondation OneSight EssilorLuxottica, ce mardi et ce mercredi.
Pour les personnes sans couverture santé, un examen et si besoin des lunettes offertes, grâce à une unité ophtalmologique déployée sur place : préserver sa vue, c’est préserver sa qualité de vie.
Le recteur Chems-eddine Hafiz est venu remercier les ophtalmologues et les bénévoles dévoués à la cause.
This is a very meaningful and impactful initiative, especially for people who may not have access to proper eye care. From my experience as a student, I truly appreciate efforts like this that support health and improve quality of life for those in need. While managing academic pressure and exam preparation, I sometimes felt overwhelmed and even had thoughts like “take my gre for me,” but I learned that challenges are better faced with patience and support rather than shortcuts. Similarly, initiatives like this show how important it is to care for both education and well-being in a balanced way.
